Just returned from a brief but warm December sojourn in Arizona, back to the freezing tundra of Michigan, barely in time to publish our YouTube Channel's third episode, wherein we take a brief look at the biology of aging, and what we can (and cannot) do about it. It's not all about the entropy, folks.

Okay, yeah. Actually it is all about the entropy. But until the Second Law catches us all, there are ways we can run like hell.
